Service Contracts

The Forge Ltd offers two competitively priced service schemes, ensuring that we are always available to our customers for services and maintenance back-up.

Repairs and Servicing

The Forge will visit your property twice during the scheme period. This scheme includes:

•2 x Full service and maintenance checks where any faulty components can be repaired or replaced

•The cost of all labour and consumables used for the service excluding the cost of parts

•In the unlikely event that a component malfunction occurs before or after the first service date our standard call out charge will be waved

•Finally you will also receive a 50% discount on hourly labour rates

The Forge will visit your property once during the scheme period. This scheme includes:

•1 x Full service and maintenance checks where any faulty components can be repaired or replaced

•The cost of all labour and consumables used for the service excluding the cost of parts (unless under warranty)

•In the unlikely event that a component malfunction occurs before or after the first service date our standard call out charge will be waved

•Finally you will also receive a 20% discount on hourly labour rates

(first hour included in call out).
